Joe Biden has been in the spotlight more than usual lately for his strange behavior that can only be described as malfunctioning in public. President Trump’s campaign has made the viral clips into a meme to show the American people just how unfit Biden is to run the country.

A series of baffling video clips have been showing Biden acting rather peculiarly in public. The first video came out on June 11 from a Juneteenth music event where people like Kamala Harris and Biden were enjoying the music.

The clip showed Biden, who appeared to be frozen while others danced around him. Fox News captioned the video, “NO ONE’S HOME.”

Then, as reported by Breitbart, a second video appeared on June 13 during a skydiving show in Europe with Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni and other world leaders. In the clip, Biden turns his back on the leaders and appears to wander off. The latest video went viral on Sunday where former President Barack Obama was captured walking Biden off stage at a fundraiser where Biden appeared to freeze yet again. The videos have raised concerns about Biden’s mental decline and ability to run as president.

According to Fox News, White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre had dismissed these videos and called them “cheap fakes.” Jean-Pierre told MSNBC, “That is something that came directly from the media outlets calling it that, the fact-checkers and calling it that.”

In response to the White House’s dismissal and obfuscation of Biden’s mental state, President Trump’s campaign has flipped the phrase in their favor and has created a campaign meme that explained that the definition of “cheap fake” meant “any video of Joe Biden’s cognitive decline that the Biden administration does not want the public to see.”

Breitbart reported that the meme went viral on social media, and on The Trump Room X account, the meme was reposted 1,800 times.

Trump Campaign communications director Steven Cheung spoke to Breitbart and said, “The truth hurts, when the Biden campaign is confronted with that cold, hard reality, they offer ridiculous claims that anyone who clearly sees Biden acting like a brain-dead dope is part of some media-wide conspiracy.”
