President Donald J. Trump never misses an opportunity to showcase the successes of his administration, especially when it comes to curbing the flow of illegal migration. Likewise, he often reflects on the controversial 2020 election results.

In a Friday morning Truth Social post, the 47th president proudly announced a recent report from Customs and Border Protection (CBP) regarding border crossings for May.

“Zero Border crossings for the month for TRUMP, versus 60,000 for Sleepy, Crooked Joe Biden, a man who lost the 2020 Presidential Election by a ‘LANDSLIDE!’”

RSBN previously reported that agents encountered just 8,725 individuals attempting to enter the country illegally in May, compared to 117,905 in May 2024.

Trump then shifted to Biden’s fitness for office and called for an investigation of the 2020 election results.

“Biden was grossly incompetent, and the 2020 election was a total FRAUD! The evidence is MASSIVE and OVERWHELMING. A Special Prosecutor must be appointed. This cannot be allowed to happen again in the United States of America! Let the work begin! What this Crooked man, and his CORRUPT CRONIES, have done to our Country in 4 years, is grossly indescribable! MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN!”

The 2020 election was recently thrust back into the spotlight following FBI Director Kash Patel’s delivery of documents to Congress detailing a Chinese plot to interfere with the election involving fake US driver’s licenses.

According to an FBI spokesperson who spoke to the New York Post, intelligence reports detailing the plot were recalled for unknown reasons in August 2020. During that same period, CBP seized nearly 20,000 fake licenses.

Patel outlined the previously suppressed news with a post on X.

“The FBI has located documents which detail alarming allegations related to the 2020 U.S. election, including allegations of interference by the CCP,” adding that he declassified the documents and gave them to Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley, R-Iowa.

Grassley has remained steadfast in his commitment to transparency and accountability from the FBI and other intelligence agencies. On June 17, Grassley sent a letter to Patel requesting the materials and clarity regarding his predecessor’s decision to order the destruction of the initial Intelligence Information Report (IIR) that detailed the Chinese plot.
