President Donald J. Trump is in New York Monday morning for the first day of his trial in the “hush money” case overseen by Judge Juan Merchan.

Just before his scheduled court appearance, Trump slammed the “Rigged Trial,” which he also called a “Communist Show Trial,” during a rally in Schnecksville, Pennsylvania, last Saturday.

In this case, he faces 34 felony counts, each of which carries a maximum sentence of four years of incarceration, CBS reported. Judge Merchan has also given him an expansive gag order, barring him from speaking out about witnesses in the case.

“I want my VOICE back,” wrote the 45th president. “This Crooked Judge has GAGGED me. Unconstitutional! The other side can talk about me, but I am not allowed to talk about them! Rigged Trial!”

Trump is expected to be in court almost daily for the next six to eight weeks, excluding Wednesdays, weekends, and holidays, according to CBS.

However, this is no obstacle for the Trump campaign, which has plans to move full steam ahead with its campaign schedule.

Politico reported last week that President Trump plans to “make use of his private plane and social media reach” and take “full advantage” of his days off from court, per a Trump campaign official. The outlet also reported that Trump will “hold both in-person and virtual events.”

In other words, despite the sham trial, Trump will press on with unyielding resolve.

Symbolizing his continued strength, the Trump campaign released a powerful video featuring imagery of New York City, where President Trump built his real estate empire, as he heads to court where radical prosecutors seek to destroy his legacy and suppress the MAGA spirit.
