Truth Social’s web app is expected to release soon, as the social media company has officially launched beta testing for “any device.” Truth Social encouraged people to sign up for this beta testing over the weekend as the company continues to expand.
The social media company told users, “Want a sneak preview of the brand new Truth Social Web App? Sign up here for the chance to beta test from any device.”
While Truth Social is launching beta testing for its web application which would allow anyone, not just iPhone users, to access the platform. However, it warned that not everyone will be able to join the web app until it officially launches.
“While we won’t be able to accommodate everyone, we’ll do our best to add as many interested users as possible!” the company explained.
With the launch of a web app, Truth Social, which is currently available only to users with iOS devices, will soon be available to millions of additional users.
Devin Nunes, CEO of Trump Media & Technology Group, told Just the News, “No matter what kind of device you have, you’re gonna be able to access that on the web. We just want to make sure … that we’re not only high quality, but also very reliable.”
Recently, Devin Nunes announced the expansion of Truth Social, saying, “We’re going to open up to the entire web with a web app, which is going to be very exciting because we already have a very growing and vibrant community.” He added, “It’s a lot of fun being on our platform.”
Nunes added that the focus of Truth Social is to “Build a community where people are in a family-friendly, safe environment.” The social media platform has committed to developing an alternative form of social media that utilizes the most successful elements of other platforms while remaining loyal to free speech.
President Donald Trump’s return to social media on Truth Social has attracted millions to the platform, creating a solid alternative to companies such as Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram.
Trump has repeatedly encouraged people to leave the toxicity and corruption of other social media platforms and join Truth Social. Over the weekend, he posted, “Leave Twitter and get the TRUTH!!!”
