Dinesh D’Souza’s hit documentary, “2000 Mules,” returned to theaters on Friday after its premiere garnered glowing reviews from audiences around the country.
The film, which documents a nationwide ballot trafficking conspiracy during the 2020 presidential election, had a 100 percent rating with more than “100 reviews” on Rotten Tomatoes as of Monday.
D’Souza lowered the price of the streaming and DVD version of the film from $29.99 to $19.99. The film has also held its #1 spot on Amazon for DVD sales.
Dinesh D’Souza is a conservative filmmaker, author, and podcast host. His newest film is based largely upon the evidence presented by the election integrity organization True the Vote.
Last week, D’Souza revealed that the film would be returning to theaters “by popular demand.” The movie sold out in many theaters across the U.S. during its first run.
Previously, the filmmaker shared with RSBN that the film would cross $10 million in gross profit in mid-May. With a second run last weekend, the film is soaring to unprecedented heights of success despite the legacy media blackout of the movie.
President Trump himself endorsed “2000 Mules” ahead of its May release, calling it “incredible” and touting its exposure of “massive and determinative ballot harvesting that took place during the 2020 Election.”
Additionally, the 45th president even hosted a special film premiere at his Mar-a-Lago resort in Florida, inviting many conservative leaders, including Arizona Republican gubernatorial candidate Kari Lake and Lt. Gen. Michael Flynn.
