President Donald Trump has widened his lead in general election polling data over Joe Biden to double digits, foreshadowing what could be a resounding victory in November 2024 at the ballot box.

In a new poll from The Washington Post/ABC, Trump held a 10-point lead nationwide over Joe Biden, earning 52 percent of support against Biden’s 42 percent.

The outlet appeared to attempt to soften the meaningful impact of the poll, writing that it was “probably an outlier” due to its wide margins compared to other mainstream polls “that show the general election contest a virtual dead heat.”

However, Trump’s standing in this poll is significant, indicating mainstream support for his 2024 presidential reelection bid.

The president is also leading the youth vote in America, according to The Washington Post’s own data. They reported, “Among voters under age 35, Trump leads Biden in the new Post-ABC poll by 20 points.”

President Trump’s popularity with Independent voters has also remained solid. According to the Post-ABC poll, he has a 13-point lead with Independents over Joe Biden ahead of the 2024 general election.

The president is leading significantly in key battleground states ahead of the 2024 presidential primary by massive margins, seemingly cementing his dominant position as the favorite to win in next year’s election.

For example, the president is holding 45 percent of Iowa caucus-goers’ support ahead of January’s all-important caucus, according to Fabrizio, Lee & Associates. He is also leading powerfully in South Carolina, New Hampshire, Texas, and California, RSBN reported.

On a national level, President Trump leads the GOP presidential primary nomination race by 39 points over Gov. Ron DeSantis, R-Fla., who garnered 15 percent of support in the Post-ABC poll.

President Trump noted on Truth Social over the weekend that The Washington Post/ABC survey findings might indicate “a giant comeback for what has become known as the Lamestream Media.”

He added, “Would also be a Big Day in America!”
