A new Gallup poll released this week fared well for President Donald Trump in the favorability category.

The 45th president received a 50 percent favorability rating, up three percentage points from 2020 and 14 percentage points from 2016.

Conversely, 50 percent of respondents viewed Harris as unfavorable, making it the first time Trump has polled higher than his opponent in the Gallup favorability poll during his three presidential campaigns.

Despite incessant attacks from the mainstream media, Trump’s uncensored direct communication with the American people has likely contributed to his increased favorability.

Additionally, Elon Musk’s purchase of Twitter, now called X, has allowed Americans to see more information from sources other than the major cable news networks.

A Gallup poll released on October 18 showed that Americans’ trust in the media continues to trend low, with just 31 percent of respondents expressing a “great deal” or “fair amount” of faith in media reporting.

Young Americans from both political parties trust the media less than older Americans, which could indicate that the downward trend will continue with time.

Another signal that Trump’s message has been received and resonated with Americans is his gain among Black and Latino voters.

A new USA Today/Suffolk poll showed Trump leading Harris by an 11-point margin among Latino voters.

On Tuesday, Trump met with Latino leaders in Miami to discuss policy plans to support and grow their businesses.

While Harris still enjoys 72 percent in support from Black voters, the number indicates a sharp decrease, as Biden was backed by 92 percent of Black voters in 2020.

With just 13 days until the presidential election, Trump is leading Harris in several key battleground states, including Georgia by four percentage points, Nevada and Michigan by two percentage points, and Arizona and Pennsylvania by three percentage points.

On Wednesday, Trump’s campaign released two new videos in a “closing argument” fashion, highlighting his love for America and commitment to creating prosperity for everyone.

The powerful video may tug at the heartstrings of Americans drowning in the increased cost of living and praying for a return to global stability for the last three years.
