Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene, R-Ga., has called on Joe Biden’s resignation as the commander-in-chief after what she sees as cut-and-dried evidence of “money laundering,” thanks to new findings from the House Oversight Committee.
During an interview on Real America’s Voice (RAV), Rep. Greene explained, “…This should be no activity taking place by the President of the United States, the former vice president, or any office holder. As a matter of fact, most people go to jail when they get caught for money laundering. Joe Biden should resign.”
She vowed that if he couldn’t be pressured into resigning, she is, “all in favor of impeachment.” Greene added, “I have been in favor of impeachment ever since Joe Biden became president.”
Currently, Joe Biden is facing an ongoing impeachment inquiry in the House of Representatives, which was ordered by former Speaker of the House Kevin McCarthy, R-Calif.
In terms of the “money laundering” that Rep. Greene is referring to, her claim is based on the Oversight Committee’s latest information surrounding Joe and Hunter Biden’s murky foreign business affairs.
According to the committee, which has been investigating Joe Biden’s alleged business dealings overseas, they found a 2019 “loan” that was supposedly sent to Hunter Biden from a Chinese business associate.
The loan was worth $250,000 and listed Joe Biden’s house as the beneficiary address. The committee also said that the “loan” to Hunter occurred after Joe Biden had announced his run for president.
On X, the committee issued this statement:
“Well, now we know neither Hunter Biden nor any other Biden paid that loan back. Instead, Democrat donor and Hollywood lawyer Kevin Morris acquired Hunter Biden’s stake in Bohai Harvest RST (one of Hunter’s China deals) and assumed the debt for Hunter. It’s worth noting that Morris and Hunter first met at a Joe Biden campaign fundraiser in November 2019.”
This shocking information is not the only bombshell that has been dropped this week.
New information from the U.S. National Archives has revealed that they located more than 80,000 emails sent and received via three of Joe Biden’s alleged pseudonym accounts. The nature of the emails has drawn intense speculation, especially since they reportedly spanned both terms of Biden’s vice presidency.
Rep. Greene stated on RAV, “The good news is that we’re still proceeding with our impeachment inquiry…we’re aggressively pursuing following where the money leads.”
She also predicted that “more” checks would likely emerge as they continued in their investigation, and reminded Americans that to formally impeach Biden, it would take 217 votes on the House floor.
