President Donald J. Trump exuded joy on Friday afternoon as he watched his youngest son, Barron, walk across the stage at his high school graduation.

Seated next to his wife, First Lady Melania Trump, and father-in-law Viktor Knavs, President Trump is photographed standing up with a great smile and giving a big wave as his son received his diploma from Oxbridge Academy in West Palm Beach.

The heartwarming photo released on X shows Melania smiling and laughing next to her husband as he beamed with fatherly pride.

For a time, President Trump’s appearance at his son’s graduation was uncertain due to his mandatory attendance of the hush money trial in New York on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays. Eventually, Judge Juan Merchan said he did not think the president’s request for time off court on May 17 would be a problem.

This makes President Trump’s presence at the once-in-a-lifetime event all the more significant as he takes a moment to support his son.

Celebrating Barron’s milestone, President Trump wrote on Truth Social, “Going to Barron’s High School Graduation. Great student, wonderful boy! Very exciting!!! DJT”
