The Trump campaign has announced its lineup of special speakers ahead of Saturday’s event at the National Cattle Congress in Waterloo, Iowa, where the president will deliver remarks at 2:30 p.m. ET.
President Trump will be joined by Iowa caucus-goers, state legislators, and grassroots leaders at the Team Trump Commit to Caucus Event, the campaign confirmed.
They also noted that Saturday’s event will mark the 100-day countdown to the Iowa caucuses in January.
Special guest speakers for the Waterloo Trump campaign event include Republican Iowa Reps. Derek Wuff, Charley Thompson, and Black Hawk County activists Kelly Parker and April Melton.
The senior pastor of Cornerstone Baptist Church, Joshua Graber, was listed as a guest speaker.
Trump will also deliver remarks at the DoubleTree by Hilton in Cedar Rapids just hours after the Waterloo event at 4:00 p.m. ET. Special guests include Iowa State Sen. Charlie McClintock (R) and Iowa State Reps. Cindy Golding (R) and Mark Cisneros (R).
The president’s return to Iowa comes just a few days after he delivered remarks in Ottumwa, Iowa, on Sunday and met with farmers and locals in Leighton. In September, he visited the state twice, attending an Iowa-Iowa State football game and, later in the month, delivering back-to-back speeches in Maquoketa and Dubuque.
Currently, President Trump is the dominant frontrunner in 2024 Republican caucus polling in the Hawkeye State. According to recent data from Public Opinion Strategies, Trump has a 31-point lead over the field of GOP candidates.
The doors for Saturday’s event in Waterloo are expected to open at 10:30 a.m. ET. President Donald Trump is slated to speak at 2:30 p.m. ET. Watch live coverage of Trump’s busy day of Iowa campaigning on RSBN beginning at 1:00 p.m. ET.
