President Trump gave a positive outlook on his efforts to fight back against the left’s abuse of power during an interview on Real America’s Voice this week, decrying the “continuation of the weaponization of the justice department and the FBI.”

“You know, if you look…you look at the warehouses that the Bushes have,” Trump said, referring to the legal battle over the allegedly “classified” documents seized by the FBI at his Florida home, Mar-a-Lago. “Warehouses that are totally unsecured. One of them has a broken front door, you could walk in if you want. This is where they have all their records,” he added.

The president also pointed out that Hillary Clinton deleted 33,000 emails, illustrating a double standard regarding who and what the DOJ chooses to investigate.

Trump continued, “You look at what happened with her [Hillary’s] husband, where they lost thousands and thousands of papers and documents, and that happened with Bush, too. And you look at all the complexities and what happened with Obama – and then they talk about us. I think we were the most secure place.”

Trump’s poll numbers have continued to shoot upward, along with the overall support of the Republican Party.

This week, Trump’s legal team asked the United States Supreme Court to intervene in the battle over the seized documents, requesting that they vacate the 11th Circuit’s stay of an order issued by the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida, per RSBN.

“…I think it’s just something that has to stop,” Trump told Real America’s Voice, addressing the ongoing investigation. “So, we fight that battle. I think we’re doing very well in that battle. And I think the public agrees with us, because you know better than anybody my poll numbers are higher now than they ever were.”

As previously reported by RSBN, a recent poll conducted by McLaughlin & Associates found that 49 percent of voters indicated that they would vote for President Trump over Joe Biden if Trump decides to run in 2024. Specifically, among registered Republicans, 71 percent said they would support a Trump presidential run in 2024.
