President Donald Trump teased supporters on Friday with a possible upcoming appearance in the great state of Iowa. “I can’t wait to be back in Iowa,” he wrote in a statement. “Stay tuned and see you in the very near future!”
The 45th president preceded the tease with a hardline statement against Joe Biden and the Democrats’ radical left policy damage on hardworking Iowan families.
“Joe Biden and the Democrats are playing their liberal politics by turning their backs on the good, hard-working people of Iowa who deserve to have their voices heard,” he said. “I have insisted that Iowa remain first!”
In 2020, President Trump handily won Iowa during the presidential election, according to Breitbart.
Trump continued in his statement: “I won big in Iowa because they know I will always protect American jobs and American farmers—AMERICA FIRST! I will always stand up for American patriots who want to Make America Great Again.”
The president’s most recent visit to Iowa was in early November, where he delivered remarks during a Save America rally in Sioux City in the lead-up to the 2022 midterm elections.
Trump told an eager audience of supporters that he would “very, very, very probably do it again,” in terms of running for president in 2024. Following his presidential hints, President Trump announced another bid for president on Nov. 15 at Mar-a-Lago, in Palm Beach, Florida.
It is unclear when President Trump will return to Iowa, but his statement teased an appearance “in the very near future!”
Since his campaign announcement in 2024, supporters expect the 45th president to begin making campaign appearances and perhaps even holding rallies again in the lead-up to the 2024 Republican primary election.
