In the midst of the terror attacks from Hamas against Israel, President Trump has urged Joe Biden to refreeze the $6 billion in assets to Iran before it is too late.

President Trump continues to pressure Biden to refreeze the $6 billion assets paid to Iran. This comes after the Biden Administration brokered a hostage agreement with Iran in which Biden gave the green light for the payment in exchange for a prisoner swap with Iran, an agreement that President Trump issued a warning about months ago.

Now, this deal has garnered even more scrutiny as it was the enriched Iranian terror group, Hamas, that led the attacks on Israel on Saturday.

On Wednesday, President Trump released a scathing message on Truth Social about Biden’s role in the ongoing war in the Middle East. He wrote, “CROOKED JOE BIDEN MUST TAKE BACK AND FREEZE THE 6 BILLION DOLLARS RIGHT NOW, BEFORE IT IS TOO LATE. HOW COULD ANYONE BE SO INCOMPETENT AND STUPID? BIDEN CAUSED THIS WAR, AND IT WILL ONLY GET WORSE!!!”

President Trump isn’t the only one putting pressure on Biden to refreeze the assets. Newsmax reported what Republican candidate Nikki Haley said about the deal. She said, “The Iranian regime hates us. You don’t give money to a regime that hates America.”

Rep. James Comer, who is chairman of the Committee on Oversight and Accountability, said, according to Newsmax, “From the Biden administration’s disastrous Afghanistan withdrawal to its $6 billion ransom payment to Iran, President Biden’s policies have led to turmoil in the region.”

In light of this disastrous agreement, RSBN reported that the Committee on Oversight and Accountability will be launching an official investigation into Biden’s negotiations with Iran.
