Within hours after accepting the oath of office as the 47th President of the United States, the commander-in-chief signed an executive order called the Reevaluating and Realigning United States Foreign Aid.

This executive order specifically puts the American people first by halting the previous administration’s endless foreign aid to countries, including Ukraine. The Associated Press reported the Biden administration dispersed over $68 billion to over 204 countries and regions in 2023.

The executive order states in section 2: “It is the policy of United States that no further United States foreign assistance shall be disbursed in a manner that is not fully aligned with the foreign policy of the President of the United States.”

Next, section 3 of the executive order emphasizes there will be a 90 day pause in foreign aid to determine whether or not does the foreign assistance align with Trump’s foreign policy standpoint. Any foreign aid must be in strategic alinement under the direct review of the Secretary of State.

Under the direction of President Trump’s America First policy, the American people will no longer have to worry about millions of hard earned taxpayer money going to endless wars and DEI initiatives.
