Amid reports that Pennsylvania’s vote counting in Tuesday’s midterms will likely be delayed, President Trump took to Truth Social to slam the projection. “Pennsylvania just announced that it could take days to determine the winner,” he wrote. “This is outrageous!”

Trump’s comments come just after Philadelphia city officials said that they would be using a reportedly time-consuming policy called “poll book reconciliation,” which will flag duplicated ballots, per The Washington Examiner.

Per the outlet, election officials are postulating that this will delay the vote count. This also comes after Pennsylvania Secretary of State Leigh Chapman told the Washington Post in October that she expected to have “delayed results” in the 2022 midterms,” and further denied “anything nefarious” about the projected delay, per RSBN.

Pennsylvania’s elections have drawn attention throughout the primaries and headed into the general election on Tuesday, with Trump-endorsed candidates like GOP U.S. Senate nominee Dr. Mehmet Oz and GOP gubernatorial nominee Doug Mastriano going head to head with Democrat opponents.

According to Jack Posobiec, the senior editor of “Human Events,” he had received reports of a “big working class turnout in Central PA and the exurbs” this morning.
