President Trump wrote a heartfelt message on Tuesday to the mother of a slain U.S. Marine Kareem Nikoui who was killed in the ISIS-K terrorist attack last week in Afghanistan.
Gold Star mother Shana Chappell wrote a message on Facebook before the platform censored her account, criticizing Joe Biden over the death of her son, and the illegitimacy of the 2020 presidential election.
Trump issued a statement replying to Chappell, “Shana, you are 100% correct. If I were President, your wonderful and beautiful son Kareem would be with you now.”
“And so would the sons and daughters of others, including all of those who died in the vicious Kabul airport attack,” he added. “Civilians should have been brought out first, along with our $85 billion of equipment, with the Military coming out very safely after all was clear.”
“I love you, and I love Kareem,” Trump said in a drastically more empathetic approach than Joe Biden’s.
This comes after Chappell blasted Joe Biden on Facebook this week, “You are not the president of the United States of America Biden!!!! Cheating isn’t winning!!! You are no leader of any kind! You are a weak human being and traitor!!!! You turned your back on my son, on all of our Heros!!! You are leaving the White House one way or another because you do not belong there! MY SONS BLOOD IS ON YOUR HANDS!!! All 13 of them, their blood is on your hands!!!!”
“If my president Trump was in his rightful seat then my son and the other Heros would still be alive!!!!” she continued.
Trump has repeatedly condemned Biden and his administration for not following the plan Trump’s administration left for him.
“He ran out of Afghanistan instead of following the plan our Administration left for him-a plan that protected our people and our property, and ensured the Taliban would never dream of taking our Embassy or providing a base for new attacks against America. The withdrawal would be guided by facts on the ground,” Trump said in a statement.
Furthermore, the 45th president released a video on August 6 in response to the deadly explosion in Kabul saying, “Our hearts are with the families of all the innocent civilians who died and with the many men and women and children who were terribly injured in this act of evil. This tragedy should never have taken place. It should never have happened and it would not have happened if I were your president.”
